Clean and well-maintained popup camper ready for its new adventure with a new family! Our camper has always been stored in our garage. We rarely cooked in the camper only during an occasional rainstorm! The last few years it has only been taken out 1 time per season because are kids are grown, working etc. Our camper is looking for a new family to take it on new adventures! We have so many great memories visiting state parks, our annual visit to our family friend’s lakeshore lot near Cumberland WI and 4th of July at Grandpas. We will miss it but know the garage is not a life for this camper. The camper does not have AC but the fan in the ceiling has always been good at circulating air even in warmer temperatures. There is also a couple of portable fans that can be attached above the slideout beds. The awning attached to camper is in excellent condition and comes in handy on those dewy mornings or when it is raining. The furnace, refrigerator, propane gas stovetop are all in good working condition. My dad added some upgrades to camper such as making one of the storage spaces under a lounge seat into a roll out drawer. He also created a storage space under the stove/sink top where we have always kept our coffee pot. My dad also added a storage space across the back of the camper where fishing poles and toasting forks, etc. can be stored. My dad spray foamed small cracks in camper as well and we have never once had an uninvited guest in our camper while it has been stored in our garage.
