My husband Barrett and I were full-time RVers living out of this 2019 Keystone Cougar 315RLS fifth wheel for three years between 2018-2021.

We now have a place in Asheville we can base camp out of and are putting our fifth wheel up for sale.

We have been the only owners; it was purchased new by us in November 2018.

We kept this spacious rig well-maintained throughout residing in it.

While in it, we:

• Upgraded the converter.
• Upgraded the tires. (Goodyear Endurance, ~4k miles on them.)
• Upgraded the leaf springs and shackles.
• Reinforced the suspension underneath.
• Installed an internal EMS system.
• Installed a keypad door lock with keychain remotes.
• Installed a MaxAir fan in the bedroom.
• Installed a backup camera.
• Removed all dark valances and blinds and replaced them with curtains.
• Removed the recliners and replaced them with a loveseat from Ashley Furniture.
• Swapped the shower door out for a curtain.
• Removed all the carpeting and replaced it with the OEM vinyl flooring throughout the RV.
• Swapped out the pull-out couch in the back of this fifth wheel and installed a dual desk. While doing so, we were mindful of keeping all the surrounding pieces unaffected, so they could easily be swapped back to a rear living couch area if desired. (We still have the pull-out couch. It's in brand new condition and ready to be installed back into place if you'd prefer to have that.)

The original king mattress is in the RV (it has never been used.)

Before listing the RV, we took it in for a systems check. While there, we also had the bearings repacked and the roof resealed.

There are very two minor fixes you may choose to address down the line, but nothing affecting the vehicle's operation. (One exterior LED light strip is out, and one window holder piece needs to be reinstalled.)

Otherwise, everything looked great on the check!

We towed this fifth wheel with the Anderson Ultimate Fifth Wheel connection. We are willing to add that to the sale of this RV for an additional cost if desired.

This fifth wheel would be fantastic for anyone looking to have a home away from home on the road. It's one of the good ones!

It's been a reliable home. It hurts to see it go, but it makes me happy to know it will provide someone else with loads of new memories!

Don't let this one go if you want a carpetless fifth wheel with beefed-up suspension and room for living and working.
