This was a 2014 special order that we bought new in June '15. Loaded with options like gel coating, washer/dryer unit, dual A/C, ducted heat, heated underbelly and holding tanks, built-in central vacuum system, LED lighting, fireplace, outside kitchen with fridge and drop-down TV, slide covers on all 3 slides. It also has a wide, curved stairway to the bedroom and bathroom, walk-in shower with sliding doors, island kitchen with pull out faucet, and RV water softenter. We also have the vinyl material used to surround the area under the nose for extra storage (we never used it). Measures 41 ft in total length. A VIN (Car fax type) report is available showing no damage or repairs needed.
We initially bought the 5th wheel to travel when we retired. But we later decided instead to buy a home in Florida, and only used the 5th wheel during the summers in Michigan.
We have other living arrangements for the summer, and no longer need it. We've never had any problems with this 5th wheel. It has only been moved from the dealer to our seasonal campground (approx 60 miles north of Grand Rapids, MI), so it hasn't been beaten up traveling down the road. The tires, etc appear to be in good shape, and the unit is ready to go. Price has been reduced, and is OBO.
