This unit is retrofitted with an Office Suite, including a 5' electric standup/sit-down desk. Tons of Storage. 1500W Solar (5x300w) and a Propane Generator (2 additional dedicated tanks in addition to house tanks) make it excellent for boondocking if you want to escape the crowds. Post mounts on ladder for your Starlink internet. If you stay closer to civilization with friends, you can plug into the 50A outlet.

The kitchen is a delight to cook and hang out in, with the sink on an island Counter. Equipped with a residential upper fridge and freezer below. Tons of storage.

If you prefer to cook outside, there is an outside kitchen complete with sink, refrigerator, microwave and propane grill. Easy to use, clean and live in.

When the temperature is high, the two ACs will keep you cool, and when it gets low, in addition to the furnace you can heat with the two thermostat controlled electric fireplaces with built-in heat.

The front master bedroom is furnished with huge (walk-in) lighted closets the full width of the RV. The plumbing is in place for Washer and Dryer if you want to add them. The front bathroom has a spacious shower with a seat.

There are three TVs, including a huge 58-inch in the rear mancave/office. There is also a second half bath in the rear of the unit off of the back room. All TVs are currently set up for streaming with Roku Ultras, but the through-the-air antenna still works perfectly as well.

You can manage your unit with your Lippert OneControl app on your smartphone which will allow you to see the status on batteries, manage leveling and even operate the slides. This makes everything much easier if you find yourself setting up or taking down solo because you can even operate the slides from outside of the unit as you watch from the other side of the switch.

The stock LED lights were changed out with new improved ones that are warranted for 5 years. Several spares of each as well.

New 14-ply tires were put on in 3/22. RV is in excellent condition and ready to go. Less than 1,000 miles on them. No added expense there.
