It was used on occasional weekends in summer by the first owners at their private RV spot, and they paid a driver to take it to garaged storage when not in use. We lived in it for 5 months while selling our home. We took very good care of it, made lots of upgrades and really enjoyed this 5th wheel. When we used it, we took the super sofa out, stored it and used our own, so the sofa is like new with heated/massaging power seats. The garage has never been used for toys so it’s very clean. When we moved the 1400 mile drive is the longest it’s had. We thought we would use it after the move, but with new house projects we haven’t - it’s time to let someone else enjoy it!

Bedroom - Replaced carpet with laminate. New headboard. New paint. Residential California King mattress (72x84”) fits in the bedroom. This was a game changer for my husband who is over 6’1”. Tons of storage under the bed, now easier to access. Storage behind the mattress for CPAP, pillows, etc. Smart TV in LR -50”
