We are the second owner of this hard-to-find travel trailer and have kept it in covered storage since we bought it in July of 2017 (except when camping in it, of course!). The axles were greased summer of 2022, all slides and window tracks lubed regularly and new Goodyear Endurance tires installed October 2021 including spare.
