See the last photo for factory options it has. Most sold today do not have many of these options. Owner has also added a Bigfoot automatic hydraulic jack leveling system (note: auto leveling works fine, and tho a recent issue w/manual function came up it doesn’t affect the purpose of auto leveling. (Dealer troubleshooting, service manager says likely just a touchpad issue as all jacks are working fine on auto mode.) There’s also a roof satellite Playmaker dish, along with the wiring inside. The OTA antenna works great when local channels are available. RV has a 7500 tow capacity and has easily flat towed a Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk and a boat, without issue. New RV brake pads and rotors 6 months ago.
RV has had regular full synthetic oil changes. Also, all maintenance on slide-outs/jack system/seals/generator has been kept up to date. New generator oil change, filter, and spark plug end of May, 2023. No smoking. No pets. No leaks of any kind. New A/C June 2020. Two new house batteries AGM 24M 5/2023 (old ones working fine, yet near ‘end of life’ according to recommendations so gift to buyer. :-) Awning fabric just replaced due to tree branch mishap. Awning does not have a light strip, yet one can easily be installed. Wiring to a switch is ready to go. Onan 4K gen has 1K hours (yet is rated to last much, much longer than that.)
Tires are likely half way to retirement. As next to the last photo shows, buyer will receive many ‘extras’ (for example, extra upholstery & curtain fabric (and a roll of wallpaper trim if found. Also a spare Automatic Transfer Switch, a spare Water Pump, and a bunch of LED replacement light assemblies and spare porch light bulb.
I orignially listed this at $72K, using recent retail figures and RV Trader saying the average current listing here for my rig would be $69,995. Yet current research has led me to drop it by $8K. A dealer today said that although none of the many factory upgrade options I have add value, with the jacks and Sat Dish etc it's middle of the road value is a litle over $63K so I'm going to stand firm. Most other units like mine being sold are w/o the MANY options of the RV I’m selling. $63,500 FIRM. No low-ball offers please. Come see it for yourself!
