This RV is in great condition, it has a few cosmetic flaws (scrathces on top of couch and the man screen door needs to be re-sealed). RV has a loft in the main area that sleeps 2 as well as 2 full size happyjac beds in the toy hauler area. There are 2 toilets, 3 sinks, 1 shower. 1 large TV, 1 small TV in the toy hauler area and medium TV in the main bedroom. There is also a queen size bed with comfy mattress topper in main bedroom. A lot of storage for clothes and under bed storage in main bedroom. RV comes with a generator, a 100 foot 10 gauge power cord and a 15-30 amp adapter. There is also great storage underneath the RV and in the kitchen are. Two owners, the first owner left the RV in brand new condition. We have loved the RV and everything is in working condition.
