Everything on the trailer is in good working condition. 3 burner stove, sink, fridge (propane, 12V or 120V), cassette toilet and shower. New privacy curtains inside. Great for on-grid or off-grid camping. No leaks or tears in the canvas (original canvas). Original literature says it sleeps 8 - I would say 4 adults and 2 children comfortably. 2 pullout beds are 77"x70" (std queen is 80"x60"), dinette bed is 71"x43.5". Many upgrades - dual 105AH batteries, dual propane tanks, new larger tires and jacks. Freshwater system upgraded with larger pump and faucet, piping upgraded to PEX. Lighting is all LED/fluorescent. This camper served us well for over 20 years, but it is time for us to move on.
