Need to sell ASAP! $65,000 OBO!

Gently used RV, have had the awning and front door serviced. The oven door does not work properly, but is still under manufacture waranty. It has a farmhouse decor feel inside. Stays cool in the summer with 2 AC units, and warm in the winter with the furnace, and fireplace. We have loved owning her, but need to sell her as we are moving.

Our dogs love the large windows in the living space to watch the neighbors and/or nature. It has a nice sized shower, and you don't feel cramped when using the toilet (Manufacture put the grey and black tank labels on the oppsite pull lever). Center island counter gives you a lot more counterspace for food prep, and can also be used as an eating surface if you buy stools for it. Refrigerator is prpane and electric, as is the water heater, so its good for staying at RV parks or boondocking. The RV is solar package prepped, so buy some solar panels and take your boondocking to the next level!

There is a lot of interior storage space which has been a blessing, you never realize how much stuff you are packing in there until you run out of cabinet space. Washer/Dryer preped in the bedroom closet, but no units. We replaced the factory bed with a purple mattress and will be keeping the mattress. New RV matresses aren't too expensive to buy though, and anything will be an upgrade over the factory mattress.

For those who own pets, between the door and the under storage there is a pet paw ring on the underside to hook the leashes to, first time I have seen that feature, and our girls loved sunning thrmselves outside on their leads!
