It has ONLY been used for FOUR MONTHS parked at an rv park in Florida! This unit has incredible features: FULL BODY PAINT in Cabernet, lots of storage inside and underneath the entire unit, stackable W/D, Residential 3 dr Refrig, full size gas range, microwave/convection, island, lots of kitchen cabinets & drawers and a window over the double sinks, plus lots of light in the kitchen area. The entire unit has spacious windows that really open up the unit. There is a breakfast/buffet bar with two bar stools in the kitchen and they overlook the living area - great feature for entertaining & being apart of everyone! The living area has an elongated Innoflame fireplace (many colors, settings, types of flames & really heats living area), 50"TCL TV, stereo system & ceiling speakers (LVR-Rockford/Fosgate), the furniture is a beautiful tan color -two loveseats (one makes into a full size bed), two theater seats with heat, vibration and full reclining power. Moving into the bedroom/bathroom areas are three closets for extra storage like clothes or whatever else you want easy access to in the rv. The bathroom has double sinks, double vanities, plus a large lighted mirror with two settings. The shower has many "spa settings" and three spa areas to use - great feature. The bedroom has a large closet with many shelves & cubby holes for your shoes, plus extra storage shelves in the back & sides for easy access. A stackable washer & dryer in the extra closet in the bedroom. There is a dresser with a lift up top for jewelry, etc. New King size bed with large, deep drawer that pulls out underneath for more storage. The basement area runs throughout the entire underneath area of the rv! This 5th wheel also has the full camera system on the exterior - we bought the extra screen system for inside viewing at every angle possible while moving down the road. The axle-front & rear 8000# with DISC BRAKES are an amazing safety feature and it also has the Lippert 6-Point automatic leveling system. I am including ALL the extra items we bought for this RV - the sunblock screen that zips to the awning, the aluminum tripod stabilizer for the front of the fifth wheel, the metal clothesline that hooks to the rear ladder, a new bicycle rack for two bikes that attaches to the back of the rv on a special hitch we had made, all the new sewer hook-ups and an extra railing for the outside stairs that is easily taken down for travel. This RV has every "bell & whistle" you could want.
