2017 Rockwood Mini Lite 2509s. This unit has been gently used and well maintained. We are a family of four so the 8-person capacity makes it very roomy if weather doesn't cooperate. Bunk beds are extra spacious for kids and all their "stuff". Queen size murphy bed is super comfy and convenient. There is a crazy amount of storage inside and in several exterior hatches. The full length (powered) awning is also great for hanging out outside in the shade or to keep dry in the rain. Although intended to be used every summer it didn't get as much use as planned, only maybe ~10-12K miles on it total (between Mass. and N.C.) Some of the amenities have actually never been used (e.g. outside kitchen/grill). We're looking to upgrade from travel trailer to a Class B/C driveable, which means parting with this unit. So far no repairs/maintenance necessary except for winterization and water heater anode rod replacement. Husky weight distribution hitch also comes with the sale. Always towed with a stock F-150 with no difficulty pulling or parking.
