It’s very clean and everything is working. Outdoors RV, and sister company Northwood, are high quality brands with a focus on build quality, durability, and enduring Northwest winters. They have sturdier frames, higher build quality, and beefed up suspension compared. Made in NE Oregon.

In my experience, used ORV models don’t come on the market too often. I spent 7-9 months looking for this trailer and the layout I wanted. The Black Rock line was made for 5-6 years and is now basically their Back Country trailers. Designed for off-grid and off-road camping but still great for full hook ups. I’ve had it in all sorts of temps and it is really comfortable.

It’s just a high quality trailer in great shape. Everything feels solid and well made.

- 22BHS bunkhouse model with 2 large bunks.

- 23’ floor length. 27.5’ overall length. Found this to be a good length for getting nice bunks and enough living space while not being overly long to still get to the sites you want.

- 5,150lbs dry weight on sticker (brochure 4,950) with 6,900 max. I pulled with 2 different 1/2 ton trucks and handles well.

- Large holding tanks which I found very useful. 78g fresh, 40g black, 40g gray. Black tank flush.

- 2” insulated walls with aluminum framing and foam insulation. Four season, enclosed underbelly.

- Two 30 gal propane tanks. The propane lasts a long time with the insulation.

- Two 6v inline marine batteries with disconnect switch.

- Arched ceiling adds 5” extra head room. LED lighting.

- Newer Maxxis M8008 tires.

- Convertible queen bed/sofa.

- Slide out. Great size since you can still get through to the bathroom and fridge when closed. Many current models you can’t. It also helps in tighter camp spots but still greatly opens things up.

- Outside opening for storage by bunks.

- Dinette converts to a long bed. 6’3” person has plenty of room.

- Large pass through storage.

- Adjustable electric awning. Can be set so rain flows off where you want it. It will also “auto shed” rain (drops down and back up) if weight gets too high to save anything from getting damaged.

- Outside shower. Durable flooring.

- Yearly checking of the roof with self leveling lap seal added as needed.

- Cleaned regularly with high quality wash and wax. Inside always kept nice.
