This uint is in great shape and all maintenance is up to date everything is in working condition. We have farmhouse decor the kitchen by painting the kitchen cabinets off white with special paint and the walls are shiplap vinyl wall coverings. The bathrooms have upgraded tall toilets and light weight vinyl tiles on walls. We upgraded three set couch with double recliners made room for 24in cabinet Ther is a electric cooler under the outside entertainment center in lower storage space. None smoker no pets .We have spent the past year traveling around the country in joying the freedom and we seen the bears in Tennessee the spring salmon on the Columbia River and the grandchildren in Texas and we not only towed our car on a trailer but also our 26ft boat,now landed in a place that we love,we lucked into a lot on the water and can fish and kayak in our backyard.
