This is a well insulated 4 season camper. We lived in this last winter while building a house in Maine. It has 2 slide outs for xtra room. Also has a furnace, AC, a roomy refrigerator, gas range with oven. Runs on gas or electric. The toilet and kitchen sink function well. The camper has been remodeled in the last few years and is in good condition. No leaks. Included are hoses for water and sewer.
