Description

Most internal upgrades done by classic Coach Works in Ormond Beach, Florida with one exception, the water heater

F53 Chassis work done by Lynn’s Automotive.

Carpet removed and installed subfloors to support the vinyl planking being installed.
Replaced stock window shades with Automation’s Day/Night roller shades.
Upgraded refrigerator with larger Dometic 10.5 cubic foot refrigerator. Upgraded microwave with a GE profile convection microwave oven.
Removed propane range and installed induction cooktop. Also removed the 6 gallon hot water heater & then installed a Atwood on demand tankless water heater.
Kitchen sink replaced with stainless steel sink and moen faucet.
Toilet was replaced with a ceramic toilet.
Upgraded kitchen and bathroom countertops with Corian countertops. Removed the original sofa and installed Lambright power dual recliners with custom head covers. Other upholstery work done includes captains chairs & dinette cushions along with miscellaneous trim and buttons throughout coach to match overall theme.
Carpet in entry step well was removed & upgraded.

Replaced original Ford Triton V10 motor with Ford rebuilt V10 6.8 liter motor. Mileage at the time the motor was replaced is documented by Lynn’s Automotive.
Gas pump in 73 gallon gas tank was also replaced.
Have extra set of belts and hoses for engine for road emergency’s.
Engine battery is 14 months old.
Suspension has been upgraded with BILSTEIN shocks for Ford F53 chassis.
Firestone airbags, were installed front and rear.
Rally sway bars were added on front and rear axles .
All external decals were removed & replaced with 3M auto wrap over original graphics layout.

Front tires replaced in 2019, rear tires replaced in June 2020. Less than 3000 miles on tires.

Original awning was replaced with dometic weather pro power awning. Outside LED lights added under awning, both have remote controls. The master switches are in the step well for both.

The original crank up antenna was replaced with a directional HD antenna.

Original CRT TVs were replaced with Samsung LED TVs. The front TV is a smart TV with a sound bar.
Most lights in coach have been upgraded to LED fixtures or bulbs with the exception of map lights.
Direct satellite connections to front and rear TV is located in the compartment where the shore power cable is located.

Purchaser will have the option to take either a two wheel dolly or a tow bar with the purchase price.
