Gently used RV in excellent shape, only three previous owners including us. Everything works great including the heating, ac, refrigerator/freezer, water system, and the generator only has 150 hours on it.
We bought this RV a few years ago and took it on a 4000+ road trip through a tour of the Western US National Parks and she didn't disappoint. Very comfortable and has everything you need to adventure long term or go out for a weekend bbq at a local campsite. We made sure to keep her up to date on oil changes and regular maintanance including starting it up at least every month and running the generator regularly.
Unit comes with everything you'll need to take a trip including a flat screen internet tv with DVD player, linens/blankets/pillows for all the beds, pots/pans/dishes/untesils for all your cooking needs, a toaster, a microwave, a stovetop and oven. The refrigerator and freezer run off of propane but switch automatically to shore power when plugged in. The shower and wc are comfortable and clean. There is a ceiling van and sun roof in the restroom to keep it fresh.
The V10 engine will get you up the mountain and she is still small enough to fit in almost any campsite. An absolute gem!
