We mostly dry camp so trailer is equiped for independence. You'll never run out of power while dry camping with this setup. We typically dry camp three nights. Can do 5 nights dry camping with careful water use. If you're a glamper these factors are not relevant. With the electric jack and stablizers set up and break down takes about 30 minutes.

This smaller trailer is suprisingy roomy inside because it does not have the uncomfortable dinnete found in most trailers. Table folds up and slides behind the sofa. I'm a big man 6'2" 255 pounds; no issues with bathroom. Its a rv bath room hardly any are roomy. We use the shower every trip with no issues.

Exterior in excellent shape, waxed yearly. Minor tree rub to the left lower trim in front of tires. We are selling to move up to an Airstream 25' trailer.
