Absolutely perfect condition water tight seam free fiber glass with doors and windows on both sides, always garged and yes it fits in a normal garage!
At 250 pound tounge weight and around 2200 pounds fully loaded this camper can be towed by anything. 2 inch receiver on the back for bike racks or a platform for extra storage and stabilizer jacks. It has trailer brakes which is nice in the mountains but not a necessity. Independent suspension with the very aggressive tires helps because i set it up for hiding deep in the mountains but it is just as comfortable in any campground plus it is small enough to get in any National Park. Thule pop up tent on top sleeps 2 with a queen high end memory foam mattress inside. Roam sun shade and a water/shower pipe on top. Large box on front houses the battery with external solar hook ups. Many small upgrades like rock lights and led lighting plus exterior mounted propane tank means it is ready to go. These units were very well built.
