Minor Maintenance Issues:

- LP reuglator recall accomplished 07/12/2021
- Passenger side, front corner awning cover detached. Reinstalled by owner and applied JB Weld to help secure cover.
- Microwave replaced.
- Bathroom faucet upgraded and shutoff valves added by owner.
- Small water leak from outdoor faucet in cargo bay. Repaired leak, however, approximately 4" diameter soft spot in cargo decking. Covered by 1/8" plywood and carpet for support.
- Small cut in fabric of Theatre Chair as you walk in kitchen entrance, not all the way through fabric. Purchased fabric repair kit but cut not bad enough to repair.
- Bathroom grey water outlet developed small leak when draining tank. Used JB weld as temporary fix. Repair is still holding. I have new Knife Shutoff part if leak should re-develop.
