SALE PENDING !! I am the original owner of this unit buying it brand new from the JAYCO dealer. Mybackground is: I am a retired owner of a Mercedes-Benz service center for 35 years. I am a owner, pilot,and restorer of several multi engined aircraft. So, I know what I am talking about. Those of us that have owned RVs in the past know the feeling of driving them off the lot only to find out later that they were assembled by unqualified people, with no pride of craftsmanship or skill. I bought this RV knowing that. I have spent the last five years disassembling, re-engineering, and rebuilding this unit. The managing staff at JAYCO knew me by first name and dreaded my phone calls. I made lots of those calls. OK, that's old history. Now , today let me say that this coach is a pleasurer to drive and economical given its size. When set up it is a pleasurer to live in and very comfortable. Let me point out that this maybe the only coach out there that is completely rodent proof. That's rigt no mice will ever enter this unit as I spent days filling , bulk-heading, and fabricating closures to make this unit sealed. We have never used the galley to cook anything. Only used the microwave . We have a new gas BBQ, two lounge cairs, and a table to use when dining out under the awning. It has never been used. I have complete books, manuals, records, and travel log for this coach (tha's the pilot side of me). The buyer of this coach will receive it fully serviced, all new filters, fluids, and full fuel tanks (coach & generator) so it is ready to hit the road. This coach comes completely set up silverware, kitchen items, glasses, plates, pots, pans, (all of it never used). It has all of the travel equipment in the understorage, waste hoses, electrical adapters, road emergency warnings, tool box with tools. The only thing you need to supply is food, cloths, and your toothbrush. My wife and I had planned many fun trips with this coach, then life got in the way. Health problems have changed our plans. If you are healthy and adventurous, don't put it off. Go out and enjoy life. One more item. This coach is always stored inside and up on blocks keeping the tires off the ground when not in use.
