Unit is in excellent condition and everything works as it should. Ready to go camping. Has separate garage with U shaped lower down dining seating with stand alone table which converts to a queen size bed and also a lower down bed and TV. Upgraded kitchen sink and faucet. Fridge, microwave oven and kitchen TV/stereo all work great. Air blows cold air and heater blows hot air. Shower with glass doors and upgraded faucet/shower head Upgraded toilet. Upgraded to deluxe mattress and black out shades. Bedroom Tv works great. Good storage in kitchen and bedroom. Upgraded toung lift from 3500 lbs to 5000. 2 propane tanks with room for a 3rd spare. Recently replaced all lines and regulator on propane tanks. 2 batteries and an Onan generator. Just serviced generator so works great. Outside shower faucet and gas holding tank with outside nossel. 1 large slide out and 2 awnings. Separate garage entry and living room entry. Just weather sealed all around roof vents, air unit and antenna base.
