We bought this brand new less than one year ago (July 2022). It still has two years of warranty. Everything works great. We are moving to CO and won't have room for it. It has three A/C's, while most 390RKs only have two. If you are going to be in the heat, you're going to want the 3rd A/C. We purchased a VIN report for your peace of mind, showing there have been no accidents, only one owner (us), and no issues in the 8 months we've owned it. Please email us if you'd like us to share a PDF of the report. Additionally, we took the trailer in for routine servicing on 5/15. In addition to servicing we paid $1000 for an extensive inspection ensuring everything is in perfect working condition. We can provide documentation of that inspection. You can have total peace of mind when buying this trailer! This trailer is like new, but $40,000-50,000 less (not including upgrades). This also has the king bed option.
