I have a brand new 2022 Lance Model 650 truck Slide-In camper for sale. It has literally never been used. Over a 30-year period, my husband and I had several Class A motorhomes. We really enjoyed camping. Unfortunately, my husband passed away unexpectedly about two years ago, and we had a large Class A RV at the time, and it was just too big for one person and a dog. I thought I wanted to continue camping, so I decided this Lance 650 slide-in would be perfect. It was purchased new from Premier RV in Kansas City in April, 2022. I ordered it and had to wait 6 months for it. When I got home with it, I realized I didn’t really want to go camping anymore, especially alone. So I decided to sell it. It has NEVER been used at all. It is equipped with just about every option available. Options include, 100 Watt Solar Panel, Lithium Battery, Battery Separators, Automatic Jacks, Outside Shower, Outside Speakers, Two Awnings (Automatic one on the side and a manual one on the rear), A/C (and, of course a furnace), TV, Antenna LTE with Wifi Extender, Rear Camera, Fantastic Fan Vent, Ultra Step Plus, Exterior LED Lights. OBVIOUSLY, the truck is NOT included in the cost of the camper! The mounting hardware/brackets are designed for a 2011 – 2016 Ford F-150. So technically, use on other than one of those trucks would require different mounting hardware that is available from Lance. Also, I found a place online called etrailer.com that advertised mounting brackets. I called them, and they said they could supply any mounting hardware needed. I will be unable to help installing the camper into the purchaser’s truck at all. It will be the purchaser’s sole responsibility to come to my house and install it into their truck. That being said, there is an RV dealer in Topeka that will be happy to help with that. After the purchase is complete, I could drive my truck with the camper on it to the RV place with the purchaser following me, and the RV dealer can take the camper off of my truck and install it into yours. Including the Ford F-150 mounting brackets, all options and freight, the original price was $43,750. I am asking $39,900 OBO, and that includes the brackets for the Ford F-150. It is available NOW. You do not have to order one and wait for it to come in. Plus, my asking price is well below current new prices. RV One in Midland, MI currently has a new 2022 model 650 listed for $45,894. Travel-camp of Pinellas Park, FL has a new 2023 for $49,977. So I believe $39,900 OBO including mounting brackets is a fair price.
