We are selling our 2019 Heartland Big Horn 5th wheel 3780 FB. We purchased it new in January 2019 at the Tampa Bay RV show. It still has a warranty until January 27 2024. We have had it maintained by dealerships in Florida and Colorado. The 3870 FB is perfect for long long or short term living. It has a king size bed with upgraded RV Wilderness mattress. Large master bathroom. A Stacked washer and dryer. Two 15,000 BTU ACs that are ducted throughout the interior and really work well and keeps the interior cool. It has a propane furnace that keeps everything warm. There is also a fireplace that works great and warms the main space for comfort. There is a queen size pull out couch and two powered recliners in the living room. It has a 55 inch color television that is across from the recliners.
The kitchen has a residential size refrigerator with ice and water though the door. The cabinet space is very generous and the sink and island add to the counter space. The dining space has space for four chairs. There are day/ night shades throughout and the glass allows ample outdoor lighting as well as good views. The 3870 FB has the added benefit of having a bath and a half. The main bathroom has a large shower(I'm 6'2 and have no issues) large walk-in closet, sink and countertop and large cabinets with plenty of storage. The stacked washer and dryer has its own closet with a door. Both bathrooms have porcelain toilets. The half bath is a great option and has plenty of additional storage. The storage bays are huge, one is a full pass through and the front one is very large. There is plenty of water storage, it has two gray water and two black tanks. All the hoses and connections stay with the RV. It has the Lippert One Control Wi-Fi connection for Wi-Fi control of the RV and a Wi-Fi hot spot. The tires are G rated Hercules and have very little wear.

This is a turn key operation for a new owner. Nothing else is needed for the next owner. We are open to selling the tow vehicle as well. 2019 Ram 3500 DRW Limited addition. Only 29,000 miles.
