Recently replaced/repaired:
- new motor battery May 2023
- new A/C Unit installed in March 2021 and only used a couple of times since replacement
- new floors in common areas March 2023
- auto leveling jacks just serviced

Known issues:
-clear bra on front of motorhome is dated and has bugs -embedded into it (still functional, just not the prettiest)
-clear coat is peeling on top of motorhome around the edges
-some of the interior lights work intermittently
-driver side window was double pane; now single pane due to rock chip
-roof is dirty and has one patch from tree limb that caused a quarter size hole; no water damage
-water leak coming from supply line to shower; in the process of locating and fixing this issue

Towable two wheel dolly is also available for sale if desired - only used twice.
