Selling due to my wife's health issues. We can no longer travel, unfortunately. The coach is in great condition with no scratches or dents. The interior is very nice and with the four slide outs open it is extremely roomy. Floors are tile and carpet. Seats are vinyl and the sofa is leather. Sofa opens to provide sleeping for family members or guests. The mattress is inflatable with the included electric motor. The bedroom is furnished with a queen sized bed with a new mattress. The bedroom is equipped with a large closet and lots of storage. There is a nearly new washer/dryer built in. The coach is equipped with a central vacuum system. There are two furnaces and two airconditioners. The cooling equipment on the refrigerator was completely replaced last month. It is a full sized refrigerator with an ice maker. There is a gas powered cook top with a convection oven/microwave above the cooktop.
The main space is equipped with a new Samsung TV. Surround sound stereo is built in, along with a DVD player/CD player combo. The driver and passenger seats are reversible to provide more living room seating. Coach has 6 new Michelin tires. House and cranking batteries are new. There is a slide out storage bay in the large storage area. Exterior cameras are present. One piece windshield. Power front sun visors. 7,000 LB hitch receiver with dual connector. 75 gallon fuel tank. Airbags, awnings over all windows. 8.0 diesel generator. 340 HP Cummins diesel with Allison transmission.
