I purchased this unit in the Spring of 2020 to live in full time as I traveled the country for consulting work. I settled down here in Iowa and now would like something a little smaller. This is a fantastic couples trailer, with its residential refrigerator, fireplace, and ceiling fan. It can be equipped with an RV King bed, or a full-size queen bed, as it is now. Does have washer and dryer hookups in the front closet. My favorite feature of this unit is the storage, between the closet in the bedroom, the pantry, and all the cabinets, you'll never run out of space. The auto-leveling jacks make set up a breeze!
There is some normal wear on the two theatre-style seats in the living area and unfortunately, the pull-out couch was never assembled correctly by the dealer but would be an easy fix. The fifth wheel hitch can also be included but will need to be installed by an appropriate installer.
