We are selling our 2018 Forest River Surveyor 191-T only because we went to a couples camper. Title in hand. We are the 2nd owners, and have absolutely loved this hybrid! One queen bed flips out the front, and the other flips out on the rear left side. Neither take up any of the 19 feet of floor space. The dinette can break down into more sleeping space if needed. The television is on a swivel so that it can be viewed from either bed, or dinette. The water heater capacity allows for a comfortable hot shower within privacy of camper rather than bath house! The queen mattresses are heated if needed, and fans/extra lighting are included for each flip out bed. Set up is VERY easy as the beds flip out/in with very little effort. This camper is light enough to be hauled by a 6 cylinder SUV. We pulled with our Jeep Grand Cherokee. Weight distribution hitch with sway bars is included. A new replacement bed tent is also included if ever needed.

Sleeping space can be found along the front and at the side tent queen beds. The 75" dinette can also convert into additional sleeping space, if needed. You will enjoy the convenience of the rear bathroom so now you do not need to use the campground facilities. The 11' awning provides plenty of shade during the day, and at night plan to sit under the awning with integrated LED lighting. These models are lightweight and easy to tow, plus you will find that inside there is superior craftsmanship throughout. Along the interior there is a barreled ceiling which adds more headroom in each model. The designer Carefree flooring is stylish and easy to clean, plus there is a stereo with USB, bluetooth & remote control.
