Price is firm. Just updated/renovated. This rig has the thermal package and is 36 ft long, the GVWR IS 9975. It is perfect for families, as it has a separate bunk room and a tub for kiddos. It also has a couple of cool outdoor features such as the outdoor kitchen, shower area, tool box mounted on the front for tool storage, large awning with LED lights, speakers for music and capability to hook up a tv out there as well. The slides also have awnings attached that slide in and out with them to protect from leaves/debris build up.

The indoor updates are, brand new cabinet handles, wall paper, back splash, painted walls, trim & added wainscot, sinks and faucets, curtains, couch/futon, table & benches, shower rod & curtain, mirror, plywood under master bed, a new mattress, toilet seal and brand new door handles/locks.
