The overall length of this camper is 26', while the body is 22' - 9". It has a brand-new queen size pillow top mattress (not a smelly, mushy memory foam thing) plus a fold down sofa and a drop down dinette table. It will sleep 6, if needed. The unit is in excellent condition and needs nothing before a summer of use. It's very light weight and doesn't knock down the mpg too badly. The dry weight is 3,870 pounds and then it will take another 1,080 pounds of cargo.
This is a great touring camper. It's light weight, easy to tow and really quick to set up and take down because there is no slider. Also, because there's no slider, it's possible to just pull off the road and use the kitchen/bathroom/dinette without having to extend the sides.
I'm the second owner and I've had it for just nine months. I'm selling it now because of health issues.
