Description

Ideal telecommuting RV. $56,416 Blue Book, Selling for $35,000
Originally a demo RV–Fully Loaded. You won’t find a better maintained and upgraded RV like this. We bought it 2 years ago and upgraded it to travel around while working remotely, but decided to get a divorce instead. Originally $115,000.00, There isn’t much depreciation versus newer but smaller coaches. Priced to sell fast but not desparate to sell.

The good:

  • Triple Slides makes tons of room.
  • Leather Throughout.
  • Separate Walk in Toilet Room.
  • Corner shower with hard doors.
  • Comfortable Queen Bed in the back.
  • In-dash touchscreen system that reports on the engine, navigation, reverse AND SIDE CAMERAS, music, videos, etc.
  • The Old Factory TV was replaced by a ultrawide LG unit.
  • Sound system is a 1000W Logitech 5.1 Dolby Digital/DTS system for home theater or music while driving.
  • Hopkins Insight Trailer Brake Controller.
  • 3 100Ah Lithium LiFePo4 Batteries
  • 3000W continuous, 5000W surge Inverter/charger.
  • The Generator automatic start and stop.
  • LED lighting inside and out.
  • The analog TV antenna replaced with a high gain directional 5G cellular and WiFi.
  • Variable speed refrigerator fans.
  • Automatic fire suppression system installed on the refrigerator.
  • Low-pressure propane port on the side of the RV for gas fire pit and grill which are both available.
  • Power awning and slide toppers are in great shape, with two of the slide toppers being replaced with better aftermarket units recently.
  • Gas leak detector including automatic shutdown of all gas installed recently.
  • Hot water heater bypass valve moved inside coach to allow for use in freezing temperatures without DE winterizing hot water heater.
  • Modern surge free fresh water pump installed in 2022.
  • Provisions for a rear hot water (engine heat) heater installed but never installed.
  • Automatic levelers
  • More reliable Hydraulic slides.
  • Obsessively maintained, including keeping sealed.
  • Manual including upgrades with wring diagrams included for maintainability.
The Bad:
  • Damage to the vinyl floor from previous owner not getting slide adjusted. Quoted $1,300 to replace flooring.
  • There are some cracks in the top of the front cap. They don't leak. We suspect someone stepped where they shouldn't have when on the roof. It’s not noticeable, and we didn’t even notice until after we got it home.
  • Some of the leather, mostly on the movable chair has sun damage probably from living in the desert.
  • Some of the vinyl graphics are beginning to fade, also from the desert.
