Used more in the winter than in the summer. Put silt fencing around the bottom on the winter site to keep the cold air from blowing under the camper. One sister getting ready to move out of state, so we are motivated. Camper is like new. Just took her in to get inspected to make sure everything is working correctly and had wheel bearings repacked on May 19th. She's good to go! Barely used last couple of years.
