Trailer is in great condition was used for 2 trips each year. It has an upgraded mattress in the bedroom which is a Queen. Upgraded porcelain toilet. It has a hard wired rear camera which comes with cable to plug into car all you need is connector and monitor. Tires are in great shape they still have the nubs on the sidewall. Samsung tv that connects to the rv cd and dvd player. From factory it came with electric stabilizing jacks and a front electric jack. The stabilizer jacks and the awning as well as awning lights can be controlled through a remote control. This was all factory options not aftermarket. There are no leaks and everything is in working order. I will also include the table top grill that you see in the pictures as well as the curt weight distribution hitch. I have added backup lights under the front and rear bumper which are hooked up to the 7 way plug lights come on when you put the vehicle in reverse. They are also wired up to a switch where you can turn them on at the camp ground without being hooked up to the tow vehicle. All you have to do is pick it up and are ready to go. This rv has made many memories for my family and I as it has taken us from Maine to tennesse, family is growing so need to upgrade that is the only reason for selling. Also included is all the sewer lines and connectors and the water hoses and filter. All you need is to hook up and you can go on your first trip right after buying.
