Don't buy a new one, this one is like new! Everybody says that but we purchased this new and had it towed to a seasonal site, then pulled to our home (less than 100 miles). We are nonsmokers and probably only camped in it around 15 times total. It looks and smells just like a new one but this can be purchased for $38,000!

It is a 2021 Keystone Cougar half ton 27SGS. It is 30 1/2 feet long and is the perfect size for traveling. The empty weight is 8200 lbs (gvwr 10,290) so it can be pulled by some 1/2 ton pick-ups. It has the freestanding type of table with four chairs, and two recliners in the rear that can be moved so seating can be arranged however you like to accommodate more visitors. The comfortable sofa is a hide a bed, and everything is situated to view the large tv with and electric fireplace. The kitchen has an RV refrigerator with a propane stove/oven and microwave overhead. The sink is in a peninsula which is very nice as it provides more counter space for working.

The bathroom is also large enough to be a useable bathroom. The stool has enough room around it and the shower will accommodate adults and not just kids lol. The control of all the electronics is by the "in command" system so there is a touch screen to control everything. Heat is in floor and A/C is ducted in ceiling. Of course, all led lighting.

The bedroom has a slide for the wardrobe and a nightstand on each side of the comfortable queen mattress with power and usb plugs on each side, so there is plenty of storage. There is a wall mounted tv at the foot of the bed also.

Keystone shows this unit for 2023 with a list of $66,075. The cheapest I've seen them going for is $53,000. As stated earlier, this is a truly like new Cougar half ton that looks, smells and operates as a new unit and can be purchased for $38,000. We have no way to move it and we do not camp anymore so if you are in the market for this size and floorplan 5th wheel you will not be disappointed with our camper. We are motivated to sell it.
