Everything works! We’ve been using it regularly for the past few years. Tires are in good shape. It has some things that need repair and some nice upgrades. I’ll be having everything fixed and raising the price. Here is what needs fixing:

• Missing end cap on the Thule awning
• 7-way plug is spliced using a junction box. It should be re-attached using a less obtrusive method.
• Barrel locks on outdoor panels. I’ve never had the keys for the water door, outdoor shower door and propane tank cover. The bolts have been removed. The doors are held shut with small screws.
• Driver side rear stabilizer leg missing.
• The café table and kitchen counter lamination has come unglued. I’ve replaced the café table with a marble-like covering. The kitchen counter still needs to be replaced. I have the matching material in the camper.
• The shade on the stargazer window has come unstrung and needs to be fixed.
• UPGRADE: It has been lifted 3 inches
• UPGRADE: I’ve added tank heaters to the fresh and gray tanks. We’ve used it on several consecutive sub-30 days without problems
• UPGRADE: The rear receiver has been reinforced and welded to the frame by a professional welder. It’s much stronger than the original.
