This Itasca Navion has plenty of space while still small enough to make it easy to drive and park. Fits in most parking lots and even street parking. It is a perfect size RV for two people on long trips, but can comfortably sleep up to 6 for shorter trips. Non-smokers and no pets. Towing capacity is 5,000 pounds.

It has all the comforts of home, including a full galley with a double stainless sink, 2 burner gas range, refrigerator with freezer, microwave/convection oven, and lots of storage. A private bathroom with a large toilet, stand-up shower with an integrated door, skylight, vanity sink, and medicine cabinet. Across the hall is a dedicated closet and storage drawers. The front lounge has a slide-out with a sofa that converts to a sleeper, a storable dining table, swivel front seats, and an LCD TV.

The bedroom is what sets this floorplan apart from all the others. It has a rear king-size bed that converts into twin beds in less than 10 seconds! There are shelves above the bed, reading lamps, storage, and a wall-mounted LCD TV. In addition, there is a full-size bed above the cab. The couch also fold out into a bed.

The interior cabinets made by Winnebago are high quality construction with curved glossy fronts. Easy to open and close and do not rattle going down the road. Plenty of room for all your gear. Abundant exterior storage with secure waterproof locking doors.

A 40,000-mile service was completed by the Mercedes dealership. The service included inspection, service, and fluids changed. The DEF (diesel exhaust fluid) system was also recently replaced by the Mercedes dealership. Only 46 hours on the generator, full-body paint that shines like new, tires only have about 4,500 miles. The windshield was recently replaced and is in perfect condition. New toilet. Oil just changed. We also just had it inspected at a local RV shop, and can provide the inspection report to potential buyers.

As a bonus, there is a cellular phone antenna on the roof. The mobile wireless router accepts two cellular cards so that you can switch between two cell providers for best service. This works great even in fairly remote areas for internet access. We are usually able to do Zoom calls even in the boonies. It is also equipped with a satellite TV roof antenna.
