We purchased this Motor Coach from the original owner in florida. Reason she was selling was the passing of her husband. We had the intent of traveling the country and using it as a weekend get away. It is parked in a rv site in Adams Wi. I am handi capted, so we had a lift installed on the rv. (Burr handi lift Lt 300lbs ) ( this lift can be professionaly removed at our expense if need be. )
stand on the lift using a remote it will lift you up to the height of the floor. So you do not have to use the stairs. But my Disability has progressed to the point i am confined to a wheel chair now. So thats the reason we are selling. We purchased MotorCoach July 2021, My wife flew to florida and drove it back Madison Wisconsin. Took it to Camping world in DeForest Wi. Had everything gone thru. (45Point inspection.) V10 Triton serviced, Oil and filter changed. Battery replaced. Original Owners replaced the Cabin Batteries with agm batteries. Had the generator serviced, oil and filter changed. The furnace and water heater were all gone thru and serviced. Both of the A/C units were serviced. The roof was inspected, Had all the caulk scapped and recaulked. ( firberlass roof ) Had 3 Max air II installed. Went to have a aftermarket front sway for better stability but the service person said one was installed already. We installed new sumo springs on the rear axle. The auto leveling system was inspected. New windshield wipers installed. Electric fireplace works great. Originil owers removed coach and purchased 2 nice swivel chairs. Engine miles and generators hrs are aprox. I will upated w/ exact numbers soon. Everything works as it should. I do believe there are hook ups for adding washer / dryer behind mster clst rear panel. MotorCoach has a vacuum toilet system. I am sure I missed some things. There are minor sctratches inside and out. The mstr bdrm sliding door needs be service. Its open. I was just going to eliminate it if we werent selling. Original owners never used the kichen stove. Basically new. Residential refrig. w/ ice maker. All in all great motorcoach. I have all documents supporting all. Clean Title. I will get pics soon, especially of lift.
