This excellent condition Cougar XLite pulls like a dream with my 1/2 ton Ford! The reason for selling is we went the motorhome route. The opposing rear slides when open give a large living room area. The basics, Cougar X-Lite Fifth Wheel w/Rear Living Area Including: 32" LCD TV Full Wall Ent. Center, Sofa Slide, U-Shaped Dinette Slide, Counter Extension, Dbl. Kitchen Sink, 3 Burner Range, Refrigerator, Step Up to Bed & Bath w/Neo-Angle Shower, Sink & Toilet, Corner Linen Cabinet in Hall, Wardrobe Slide, Front Queen Bed w/Wardrobes Both Sides of Bed. I've added a Progressive 30 amp surge protector electric monitor system as well as changing out the "mousehole" cord system to a plug in type. Also added an expansion water tank which alllows the water pump to not run as often. A TV has been added to the bedroom too. Tires are in great shape on aluminum wheels and it's always been stored inside! All lights have been changed to LED.
