This 1/2 ton towable 6500# dry travel trailer is a one owner, non-smoker, pet-free unit that has over $5,000 in upgrades. This 2706WS offers the most storage, quality, and utility for an RV of this size. It has a huge front storage area due to the drop frame, has torsion independent suspension that makes it tow smoother and not ride so high, has a pull out closet in the master bedroom and large full bunks that can fold to allow tall items to be stored inside. Has an outside kitchen with fridge and induction cooktop and includes a propane grill that was never used. I travel for work so it was mostly used with just one person. I encourage you to look up the features and specs by the year and model number. Ok here are the upgrades: This was are first new camper and we were suprised at the movement when the kids were going in and out so I added JT strong arm stabilizers to all 4 jacks and replaced the folding entrance stairs with solid one-piece stairs that go all the way to the ground. These two upgrades took 95% of the movement out. The single best thing I did was replaced the small tank water heater with a much more efficient on-demand unit so you never run out of hot water. The stock plastic toilet was replaced with an elongated porcelain unit, bathroom faucet replaced with a higher quality residential unit as was the showerhead. The windows in the entrance door on nearly all travel trailers is a cheap piece of frosted glass that doesnt match the tinted glass of the trailer and has no shade so I upgraded to a tinted window with a built-in shade. The refrigerator was upgraded to a residential unit with nearly twice the capacity, faster cooling, and frost free. Upgraded to a large 4k Streaming TV and Samsung soundbar with subwoofer. Replaced the uncomfortable stock trifold loveseat with a heated massage power recliners that are amazingly comfortable. Also, added a high quality, quiet Cadet wall heater in the bedroom. This unit also has 50amp service an upgraded 15k A/C unit and 2nd A/C prewired. It's a beautiful unit and I truly believe there isn't a better equipped setup of this size.
