Please meet Jackie the Jayco! She's been a wonderful mobile office for my private practice, but the practice has grown and a mobile office no longer fits our needs.

The unit is a standard 2021 Redhawk 26M with a farmhouse style interior (white cabinets), a few upgrades, and all accessories included. Both ceiling vents have high-powered fans, a spare tire and hitch mount has been added, the awning was recently replaced (I had an oops), and the interior water lines have been insulated to prevent condensation. As a mobile office, it needed to be kept in a very presentable condition, so it's in great shape.

The typical appliances like the fridge, hot water heater, oven, outdoor gas grill, outdoor mini fridge, etc. have either never been used or only used once. The murphy queen bed has been used once and the other sleeping areas have never been used for anything other than storage.

All of your typical RV accessories will be included in the sale. These include all the parts needed for the water system maintenance, chocks, leveling blocks, temperature-controlling privacy shields (one exterior, two interior), etc. Basically, if it is not used in a typical home and is only for an RV, it is staying with the RV.

The RV is fully owned and I am the original owner. There have been no accidents or damage other than a tear in the awning (already replaced). The only things she needs is a new battery, but there are many options out there, so I figured best not to assume. The outdoor shower has been disconnected to extend the season without risk of a frozen water line that could not be protected.
