This unit is kept under a shop and out of the weather. Its immaculate with the full weather package. The Eagle HT is an all welded aluminum frame. It has hookup and space for a washer and dryer, out door kitchen with TV, TV in master bed, TV in living room and entertainment center, solar connection, exterior generator rack with factory installed interior generator guages and starter buttons, up graded King bed in master suite, upgraded heavy duty aluminum fold down steps, slide out awning etc. This camper is loaded with all the extras and is a NON smoking unit that still smells new! We have children that are older and going to college so we are not camping as much and have decided to sell our unit.
