Nice camper with a single slide, rear set of triple bunk beds, rear bath, and plenty of space. Has a double kitchen sink, three burner range, microwave, refrigerator, and wardrobe with drawers. There is a slide with a u-dinette and a sofa. In the front of the living area there is a swivel box where you can watch TV. The front bedroom has a rv queen bed with wardrobes on either side of the bed. In the rear, you will find a bathroom with a shower/tub, sink, medicine cabinet, and toilet. The triple bunks provide additional sleeping space, so you can comfortably have enough room for your family or your kids can bring along friends. Outside you will find exterior storage, a large pass-through storage area, awning, and bike rack. The camper has been thoroughly cleaned inside and out (deep clean inside and power washed outside). I have/am doing some upgrades and TLC repairs on it.

-Upgraded all lighting to LED
-Replaced latch on exterior water heater door
-Replaced both smoke detectors and carbon monoxide detector.
-Installed new AC air filter
-Replaceed power tow hitch jack
-Resealed seams and installed new seals on slide out.
-Installed new stove igniter
-Will replace blinds, shades and mattresses at buys cost, if requested (have had sanitizer applied to them).


I do have a VIN check that is clean and I will provide. Also, I was told by the person I purchased it from that it was a 2017. It is acctually a 2014. All upgrades/repairs will be done before you take ownership.
