This has been a great trailer. It has been converted to a goose-neck hitch, not a 5th wheel connection. Duel AC Units(bedroom unit is brand new, installed November 2022), electric fire place, full shower, bathroom storgae, California King-Size Bed, walk-in closet, outdoor storage, recliners, additionl counter space, wine rack, 4-door fridge, great storage space. There is a tear in the vinyl flooring near the dining table (from original owner), picture shown. I planned to fix the vinyl but covered it with a floor runner and forgot about it. Very easy to cover and still look nice. Only a two-owner trailer.
