Unit is in great condition. Its a pre-covid trailer so it's built a little better in my opinion. Tires are in excellent condition as well, no dry rot or uneven wear. Roof is in excellent condition, it's cleaned and UV protected 3 times a year. The windshield does not leak nor has it ever leaked. Everything works as it should, such as a/c, both refrigerators, furnace, and fireplace. The exterior is in great shape as well. The nose cap has a little fading at the top. Also have an Anderson WDH, LevelMate PRO, and Anderson levelers/wheel chocks that can all go with it as well. It's a turn key deal so no need to more cash.
