This camper is in great shape. We only camped in it twice and have been too busy to go camping. We installed the backup camera to be able to see when backing up. You'll get the monitor to put in your car with this purchase. The dining table turns into a bed and you could put two little kids or one person in that bed along with 2 bunk beds and queen sized bed. There is a lot of storage under the queen bed as well as under the camper. The awning has built in lights which makes it great when sitting outside at nighttime. It comes with a propane tank. We love this camper but we just don't have the time!
