There is a large 50's diner banquette in the front and a converable living/dining in the back with room to lounge, work and watch the newly installed smart TV. The kitchen has a good sized convection oven/microwave, double sink and two burner stove. When inside, it feels more like a tiny home than a trailer.

The queen-width memory foam sofa bed is COMFORTABLE as a bed and a sofa. It's motorized, so the with the push of a button it can be positioned as a sofa, bed or recliner. Two stored table tops connect to the sofa to turn it into 2 comfy, dual workstations/TV/Dinner tables. The very deep drawers under the sofa bed store all your clothing and more. There is a newly installed cell signal booster with WI-FI router.

This trailer has added "winterized" insulation There is a rain sensing roof fan in the sleeping/ living area and a motorized fan in the bathroom. The trailer is solar ready and includes a portable solar panel unit.

The bathroom has plenty of storage with a full-sized shower, linen storage and a custom drop down counter for additional counter space.

This trailer has large water/waste tanks (39 gallon fresh, 32 gallons gray, and 17 gallon black water). It is equipped with bluetooth stereo and multi-zone speakers, a new large convection oven/microwave, large motorized awning, new motorized tongue jack and even two hidden security compartment for wallets, passports, money and even laptops (location will only be shared to new owner after sale).

The front banquette converts to a queen sized bed so there are two queen sized sleeping spaces with plenty of separation.

This trailer has had minimal use with only one major trip. The bearing were greased in 2022. The roof was lap-sealed in 2022.

The trailer will come with additional locks, hot water tank rods and tools.

We are very sad to let this go. We just have not been able to find the time to properly enjoy it. It needs to go to another owner who will appreciate and enjoy it as much as we have. It's a great trailer, very unique and remarkably comfortable/efficient.
