This camper is in excellent condition and is pet free. It was purchased new in May of 2022 and has only been on two short trips. Some features to note are a tankless water heater and solar panel. It comes with a five-year (now four-year) DURATAIN protectant (exterior, interior, and slide-topper), which in addition to preserving the life of the material also creates a cleanable surface, resists fading or cracks in the leather, and prevents mold from growing. Added at the time of purchase are dealer-installed slide toppers. Additionally, included is a Southwire Surge Guard (50-Amp), TPMS, X-Chock wheel stabilizers, and tripod stabilizer.
