We’re selling the camper because we now have a raft we use more often and can't tow a raft and the X1 simultaneously. We estimate the mileage on the camper at ~6700 miles. This is based on the two out-of-state trips we've taken it on and all the camping we've done here in Montana. We are non-smokers and have no kids or pets. So, we’ve kept the tent super clean without issue.Bearings were changed summer of 2022.When we weren’t camping, the camper has always been kept in the garage and is in excellent condition. There are some areas with wear, though:

One of the cables that support the rear compartment snapped, so we’ve been using a bungie cord since. The rain fly/tropical roof on the tent was torn off by the wind on our very first night in the camper. We had a local company that makes canvas tents and other outdoor canvas products repair the rainfly. They did an excellent job, and the rainfly fits great on the tent, but it's a bit tighter now than on the day we got it.We learned another early lesson when the wind caught the awning, flipped it backward on the top of the camper, and broke one of the awning hinge pivots. We bought the replacement kit for the hinges and replaced the broken one. We haven’t had any issues since. The extra hinges are included with the trailer. We set up the "kid’s room" extension once; otherwise, it has lived in its original case. It worked well and as expected. We never set up the extra wind/rainfly for the awnings; they are still in the original case/packaging.The camper was very underutilized but not underloved by us. It breaks the heart to be parting with it, but with other pursuits taking higher priority, it makes sense to let it go. I’m sure our friends will be disappointed as they all loved it when we brought the trailer to camp, and it always seemed to be where everyone gravitated.
