2017 Coachmen Catalina 283RKS Legacy Edition. Upgraded light truck tires have less than 500 miles and are less than 1 year old. Replaced toilet less than 1 year ago. Battery is from July 2022. All applicances work and we replaced the bulbs with LEDs. Has a working fireplace which extends trips into colder months. Full kitchen at rear so easy to go in and out when someone is cooking. Only selling because we've had two kids since purchase and are looking for a 5th wheel. This has been a great trailer for us, and we've had tons of adventures in it. I added steel wool around the gaps in the 3 season underbody to reduce the likelihood of pests. I reduced the price from the "typical" asking price for this model due to some exterior scratches, 2 interior lights not working, and a small 1ft x 2ft soft spot on the floor. It is not broken through and there is no other interior damage. I'll include all original parts and others needed for your next journey including hoses, sewage, extra sewage cart, black tank cleaners, toilet wand, etc. We've enjoyed our years in this trailer and hope you do as well.
